Return of the goods
We offer a comprehensive return policy in case you are not 100% satisfied with your delivered items. Please note that the following return procedures must be followed, otherwise we may not be able to exchange or provide a refund. Also please note that we are not responsible for and offer refunds/exchanges for stock affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage and negligence upon receipt of the goods, storage of the goods under climatic conditions (such as extreme temperatures that may affect certain items). If you wish to return the goods for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order for any parts you are dissatisfied with. To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item you are returning, and the reason for returning it. We will then reply with a unique return authorization number and the address you need to send the item to.
You will need to pack the item securely and include:
Your order number
Return authorization number
Whether replacement or refund is required
The reason for your return
The returned goods shall be in their original condition and in the package on arrival with a copy of the invoice or packing list.
Once items are received, we will inspect them and arrange for their return where appropriate. Refund/exchange only applies to goods that are defective and clearly defective at the time of shipment.
